All lingerie orders are shipped via An Post postal service - unless otherwise requested.

The products are sent in discreet packaging, so they can even be delivered to your place of work.

Ultimate Lingerie’s aim is to fulfill and post your order within 3 working days subject to stock availability. In the event that an item from your order is unavailable, please allow 14 -21 working days for shipment of your order for items that may not currently be in stock or for any delay due to international postage services or customs. These will be delivered within 14-21 working days from date of order. Ultimate Lingerie offers a Free delivery in Ireland.  

Returns - Shoppers Rights:

Items can be returned to us once returned within 7 days of receiving the order. The product you return must be in new, unused and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. Customers must be sure of their size before they place an order. Please enclose the reasons for returning the goods along with your order number. Customers are to cover all handling charges for returns. For hygiene reasons Ultimate Lingerie will not accept returns on knickers.

The price that you paid less the delivery cost will be will be credited to your credit card or account. Goods which are not of merchantable quality (faulty) will be fully refunded or replaced inclusive of delivery and return.

If you have a complaint, act quickly.

You are NOT entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind.

You are entitled to a refund or replacement if the item is faulty, wrongly described or if the wrong item was shipped.
